Audio battle still glitch - Lets Beef

If you try to snipe someone, and post it as an open if you miss it.. it goes up with the OLD PLAYER.. and from time to time you can start a battle the CORRECT way and it happens.. im not sure why.. but every night I log on, go to open battles there is a BOARD full and I click Each one to see that they are the OLD PLAYER which wont play, and u cant do nothing but DELETE the battle.. can this not be fixed? its been going on for MONTHS now

as far as I know.. this glitch still happens.. so im bumpin this so the developer will see it that X hired...

EXAMPLE.. this is a battle i was trying to ACCEPT.. as you can see.. their verse is with the OLD PLAYER.. you cant LISTEN.. ACCEPT... (brings up the OLD RECORDER) so the battle is taking up SPACE on the OPEN LIST until a MOD removes them... there are times i find 4 out of the 5 in the open battle list to be these battles.. people will stop posting if half the time they dont have their verse come thru.. dont know if they realise that it HAPPENS when u snipe someone... their verse might be with the NEW PLAYER.. a NORMAL WORKING BATTLE... u spit your verse.. u got beat to the PUNCH.. instead of SENDING TO THEM ( they NEVER REPLY ) you POST THE BATTLE AS AN OPEN..... BAM!!!!! OLD PLAYER.... DEAD BATTLE....

Hope the expo helps narrow and fix the problem
