Or just look on youtube and turn em into mp3 files, but if you serious about making a track you'd want the stems, so beatstars is probably your best bet.

I just found an app where you can record over 1000's of beats. You dont make them but they are raw af.
Called "off top".
Cost 5 bucks to get unlimited beats and download your recordings and said beats. Even has a fb vibe to it as people can follow you, rate, and comment on your stuff. Really neat though. Gave it 5 stars on Google play.
