I think the recorder is fine. If you have a caveman computer then make money and get something decent. Audio dies so fast because nobody gives new members a chance. As soon as a new cat posts a battle there is some point hungry fool waiting to snatch it. Granted ive participated in a couple of wack battles. Its hard to get a decent one going. One day i saw sixx shot drop a battle and five other battles got taken before his. People have the luxury to pick and choose who to battle with the whole open battle thing and its abused.

There should be a battle system where no shows come up near your record as well. And you can send battle challenges, if opponent confirms then battle from both emcees drop at the time sender sends deadline in his challenge. One can drop and ittl count as no show if other doesent. If both drop the actual battle dont start till time specified in the challenge. Newcomers never get a chance and they get discouraged easily.

Textcees vote on audio battles when they have no record in audio, moderaters have tons of Voting Power so people lose battles that the majority of voters say they won. The way the recorder works for tournaments should be the way it works in the audio arena, neither can hear eachother until both have submitted instead of being able to rebuttle someones entire drop for an easy win. Moderaters should have the same VP as everyone, and everyone should have equal VP but should only be able to vote on audio if they have a record in it. Instead of a shitty MC item for the top monthly mc give them a month exclusive or a feature.
