I see that the video battle section has disappeared. How about replacing it with a topical section? I mean topical battles are popular nowadays and instead of them being forum battles you could insert a topical section where you go and set up the battle. Something like a mixture of the text and the audio section but like this.

1)"Start Topical Battle"
2) "Select Close or Open"
3) "If close type up your opponents name"

then in the audio section you got something which says 'select a beat' right?

Well that can be changed for the topical's and be something like 'Select image' where people can select images already selected by LB or images of their own (custom images) by just pasting the URL.

hmmmmm thats a toss up, it could go good, it could go bad....I wouldnt go as far as to make its own section for Topicals, but something that can be incorperated into Opening/Sending a battle may be suffice.

Why not tho? Topical battles have become so popular that even official tourneys are held.

The video section was fuckin dead, the topical one on the other hand is alive.

A topical Record which could be seen on users profile would also be good

It would work, if letsbeef had an image shuffler and neither opponents could pick there image choice then it would be fair.

nah in an audio battle when someone selects a beat, then the other one has to flow on it to. He doesn't have a choice. The same goes with the pictures.

Now the two MC's can talk if they want and agree to a pic they both want, but normally the sender will have the upper hand.

That will also encourage ppl to send something which is not the case on LB with all the 'YOU SEND, no YOU SEND' bullshit

It's been spoken about, I think before anything like this happens the Topical section needs to become more active. Which you can all help with, need more topical battles and topical interest, and then an idea like this COULD become more appealing to staff, but right now, get that section kicking. Get at me to set up any battles

How much more active can it get. Topicals are so popular that even an official AUDIO tourney was held. People are signing up like crazy for your warm up tourney, and by makin its own section will mean that a very good 'battling area' gets the recognition it deserves.

Records will also make people wanna battle topical as well imo

its not about the current popularity lb has for topical. Its how much we'll bring mufuckas!
