GRizzEAT you need to establish a twitter/youtube account that is where most of them hang around at next you need to know what leagues are marketable .. Meaning willing to give NOOBS a chance to showcase their skills
I have found out the hard way that their is no angle into URL main .. However there are other leagues around as well as PG that feed into URL .. It's best you invest in a passport as well and be willing to she'd a Lil money because if you are looking to get into URL/KOTD w/ no resume - ur chances are slim in them booking you and or finding a opponent that will battle you

Real Talk has and he started from the bottom and is finally getting the credit he deserves .. I am doing the same thing starting from the bottom as well but who knows what 2013 holds for my live battling. With that said ..
-LABattlegroundz [located in LA] owner is Alkatraz and they will be holding CDF's which is their version of PG battles this league has just started so they looking for talent they can use to market their brand
-KOTD Fresh Coast [sister league to KOTD] but they do feed battlers from there to main stage KOTD
-Daily Duels [another Cali based league in the IE] don't care for them but they will give shot I think it is there unorginazation that hurts them
-URL West is suppose to be started but I haven't heard anything about them doung so yet yet
-LA Battle League I know nothing about this league but I know someone who does if you need information
-AHAT is out of Las Vegas and its a real nice look I am def going to get a battle in w/ their league for sure
Out here on the East Coast ..
-UW is going to start there own D-League only thin is you have to submit footage of other battles are materials and pay a $100.00 entrance fee to ensure that ya ass shows up to the event. It is a tournament style but winning and putting on a good show gets your name buzzing in NJ. Also that 100.00 will ensure that your battle footage will be displayed on YouTube so that 'pads ya resume'
-Bill Collectir just created a Proving Ground in PA that is a direct feeder into URL. I'm not sure but there has been blogs on the deal
-Chilla Jones and I are in talks w/ his league called "Shark Tank" battle league but that is located in Boston so be ready to travel if you trying to get noticed .. Chilla is stand-up and his league is professional from what I can see so far
-Pitfighting League located in Maryland .. Khryme could give you better movements on that
-There are a few PG's running around just gotta get on twitter and look

-GrindTime was starting to make a come back because they were suppose to be a tour happening they never made it out of Flordia?!?
For GrizzEAT look up JC on twitter he from Michigan so he knows where the small leagues are at
For Erupt look up Arsonal and JJDD they both call ATL their home and they know where the leagues are at
