I use c4 as a supplement it just gets me more into lifting and its helped me see gains, to me it works well and completely helps. Also I take some protein after the workout for help in muscle repair..

Test pills are weak tbh. You don't need that shit. I'm sure your body is producing enough test on its own.

naw i was low on test, it does help tho i seen a lot of improvement in my heath as in hair thickness/color,nails and then some.. test is honestly just safer and lower doses tho and is considered legal steroids

.. umma come off my cycle soon tho
