Trust me I know what the effects of certain supplements/foods are, I've got qualifications in Physical Education and taught biology for a short time last year; This is just a short term thing I got going while I'm powerlifting/strength building.

I know you knowledgable about this topic too, I don't doubt that. I was just giving a suggestion; Use it or don't.

Yeah Marines over in the USA are alot tougher, I just thought you meant the whole training/test period was a total of 2 weeks.. I thought wtf? lol

@NOBLE I used nitric oxide supplements before too, but got crazy stomach pains due to the high magnesium levels in them.. You get used to it but I literally thought I was gonna die, rolling around on the floor nearly in tears n shit haha

Oh and @Jason , like you said my suggestion only gives a short burst of energy, that's why I do it.. 1 cup of that an I'm in the gym doing what I call tricking the muscles.. Lifting as heavy as I can on each body part I'm working on that day, then when the caffiene dies down I start my regular training regime, which consists of lighter weights and more reps - But because my muscles have become accustom to lifting such heavy weight, the lighter weights are ALOT easier.. Sorry if this didn't make total sense; I'm actually on my 10th hour of my nightshift right now so I'm tired as hell lol
