Oh fuck off. The bars that above-average text heads write are better than 95% of the bars audio heads write, give or take a few who are top tier in both categories (Ticket, Real Talk etc). It evens itself out: there's more writing skill required for text; there's delivery and flow to worry about in audio. Not to mention the adjusting the accent to sound like you're from somewhere you're not in order to win over narrow-minded voters.
