Y'all act like he got caught asking for people for vote for him. We all know voting can get slow around here. I'm not defending that he should have been IM'ing people to check out battles or that the punishment is unjustified, but y'all must admit there is a distinction between trying to get more votes on a battle and trying to rig it in your favor. Yeah I know about the history, just throwing in my 2 cents.

I didn't "take the opportunity to carry out a vendetta" PM'ing or IM'ing anyone to tell them you have an open battle with someone and seeing if they have time to vote....Is bannable shit it's that simple. You're automatically swaying the person to vote for you even if you get them to "Check It Out" as you guys are saying. He'll serve his ban and maybe next time he won't do dumb shit again.
