Should non-staff members be able to have 3+ VP?

What if:
We reset everyone's VP to 1
Regular users start at 1 and can get up to 3
Secondary Champions can get up to 4
Grand Champions and Moderators can get up to 5

This will shift the focus of good voters towards good battlers (People who win tournaments) but it'll still possible for good voters to shine through.

Moderators would raise and lower people's VP but not their own. In order to raise someone's VP they would need to submit 3 examples of good voting by that person in the staff lounge to be voted yes by the majority (This includes staff).

The process seems arduous but where's the rush? Why not vet someone to have a bigger "say" regarding a battle.

At the same time the system would be in place because let's face it RULE, Erupt, Bleu and Rant have a better understanding of this artform therefore should be better voters but they'd have to prove that just like everyone else.
