This is evident in the fact that people like manhattan are still on this website. Before that it was evident in how no matter how similar someone's "concept flipping" was, it can always be judged as A-OK by the accusee going "Oh i just thought of it myself srry wow that is similar who wouldve guessed haha"

this is a SUBJECTIVE situation, most of the time there will NEVER be a definitive "oh yeah he bit" which is why you have to make a decision based on whatever evidence is at hand. Apparently not a single human in staff has had the balls to do that essentially ever, though.
