It depends on what you consider "Dope Beats"
everyone has their preference when it comes to beats...
Some people like trap beats, some like nerdy beats, some like funky beats,etc...

I tend to lean towards "darker" type beats, but will fuck with most anything...

Some producers I found on Youtube are pretty consistant with making dope beats...
