The fact that this chick put her self in the position to get knocked out by a BUS DRIVER speaks volumes.

I don't think he should go to Jail. If anything the law should protect him. They're providing a public service and shouldn't have to feel like he can be got @ at any second. And they shouldn't be left second guessing through fear of being prosecuted should they be put in the position where there back is against the wall.
