New battle, old date?

Last night an open battle appeared, so i accepted and did my thing. But i notcied when I look back at the battle page, it says the date of the battle was started last year.. and there are comments/votes from a different battle showing up?

This makes it so the battle doesnt show up on the battle page for people to vote..
