just throwing out an idea, i understand that Mods n Reg Users have different Weighted Votes. why cant we have that system for new users. ei
newbie starts off with about 25-50% of a vote. then as time, preferable a month goes by then gain more voting power until the destination of a 100%. this can cooperate with a separate system where after 10-20 battles more voting power is gained. so that at the end a user must have a month of activity and several battles b4 they can have votes that equate with reg users.

this would subdue the imbalance from dbl accs, begging rookies 4 votes (clueless)and newbies not knowing exactly how the rating system relates to material.

PS alot of cats need to seriously vote more, and a petition for more potential spots to vote wont mean shit if there are a lack of voters.
