Default PYW Season 3 Week 4

IMPORTANT: Due to a great turnout for this event, Prove Your Worth: Season 3 is debuting a new format. We will have 2 divisions, East and West, with 7 battlers in each. You will face each battler in your division once. Then, the top 2 battlers from each division will advance to the playoffs. #1 in the East plays #2 in the West and #1 in the West plays #2 in the East. Winners go to the finals. Recall, the rest of the rules can be found here: https://www.letsbeef.com/forums/showthread.php?t=165963, but disregard the bit about the playoff seeding in that thread as the new rules just mentioned will apply.

Week 4 Schedule - East

Orochi is on a bye

Jimmy Hoffa vs Kriid

Coming off his bye, Jimmy looks to tally another W against Kriid, who is coming off a no show win against Orochi. Jimmy will either come out swinging or need to shake off some rust, and Kriid must be hoping for the latter in order to get an edge of some sort.

KG The Prince vs Phracture

In a midseason clash of the titans, KG and Phracture square off in what promises to be a tightly contested bout. Phracture is unfortunately coming off a no show loss due to submitting 3 days late, so he will be looking to bounce back as he continues his campaign to qualify for the playoffs. Meanwhile, KG has his hands full between the LBT title match and this big battle with Phracture. Will his attention be too thinly spread? Or will he still come consistent enough to take the W?

Neighborhood Bully vs Kold Krhymez

Bully has catupulted himself into the playoff hunt and is looking to keep his chances high by picking up another W this week. Meanwhile, KK is just looking to show up, hopefully.

Week 4 Schedule - West

Sean Griffey is on a bye

GOOD GRIEF vs Svengali

This might just be the battle of the week right here. Svengali is hot on Griffey's tail for the top spot in the division, meanwhile GG himself is looking to cement a spot in the upper echelon of the division. We've got a clean writing and wordplay mirror match here, and expect these dudes to try and one-up eachother with witty and creative flips. A writer's battle, to be sure. Make sure to check this one out!

CakedOut vs o EaSTeS x

Both battlers are looking to find a bit of consistency here, as neither has been able to fully establish themselves thus far this season. Neither dude is for sure eliminated from the playoffs, but this match up is practically a must win for either participant if they have any hope of qualifying.

g u t s vs The Wrathchild

g u t s comes back from his bye and is greeted by The Wrathchild. Both battlers take a bit of an out of the box approach, so it will be interesting to see how this one matches up once the verses drop. g u t s will be determined to shoot himself back up to the top of the division, while nickleshananananannanandan is always eager and able to sweep the rug from underneath the feet of his opponent. Check out all these battles when they drop on July 15th!
