I think it isn’t cheating if you’re improving on a concept that you tired but changing the wordplay and set-ups, multi’s etc.

If it’s straight up copying another bar that you made? It’s not cheating but it would get a 0 since you already used it and got a ranking on it before.

I don’t know what situation your talking about tho so I’m gonna leave my opinion blank.
