That's part of the problem but the community itself is to blame as well. We let all types of new immature & shady characters run the site and got away from the traditions & standards that made this site have some grounding in reality. How did WE let immature and shady people run the site? The members don’t vote on who becomes staff, staff does....
The members are the ones who complain about staff.
