My vote :
1. Lyrics Part :
a. Punches and Personals : I think my winner easily took this one, with some funny punches. My loser had some punches too but my winner had enough good ones to take this cata easily.
b. Multies : Easily my winner, with those syllables all over. My loser had some multies as well but on the basis of perfect syllables and more syllable count I give this one to my winner.
c. Wordplays and Metaphors : I guess wordplays were quite few from both the sides. Metaphor wise I felt my winner edged this cata with couple of decent metaphorical punches. But my loser had couple of similes too and attempt to nameplays so I would give this cata a tie.
My winner takes the Lyrical Part by 2.5 catas to 0.5
2. Audio Part :
a. Mic Presence / Clarity : Both were pretty clear so this ones a tough to judge, but I would give this cata to my loser for a much better mic presence and a much clear verse. +1 loser
b. Flow : Both had a pretty equal game here. Pretty tough to decide I would give this a tie. 0.5-0.5
c. Accent : Both had a good accent, and pronunciation was pretty equal from both sides. This ones a tie. 0.5-0.5

3. Video Part :
a. Camera Presence / Clarity : Both had quite equal camera presence so this ones a tie.
b. Attitude and Aggression : My winner had an attitude perfect for video battles. Loser was better in aggression but overall cata I would give it to my winner.
c. Delivery : My loser was better in delivery compared to my winner.
d. Proper sync of audio and video : pretty equal game here so tie.
Video part is 2-2 tie on catas.
So overall My winner took the lyrical part, loser took the audio part and video part is a tie. So its definitely a good and close battle.
