Theres always a syllable that doesnt rhyme before the multi set hits, it just happens that this example is mid-word, but thats a long time used style in hip hop.

Yea... exactly.. those syllables rhyme to make the multi but it's not a PERFECT rhyme like people are claiming. There is such a thing as a perfect multi where every syllable rhymes, THIS is not it.
