Bar; (Music)
In musical notation, a bar (or measure) is a segment of time corresponding to a specific number of beats in which each beat is represented by a particular note value and the boundaries of the bar are indicated by vertical bar lines. Dividing music into bars provides regular reference points to pinpoint locations within a piece of music. It also makes written music easier to follow, since each bar of staff symbols can be read and played as a batch.
The exact "measure" of a "bar" is undefined, as it depends entirely on the piece in question itself.
So to answer your question... is it 1 "Forum" bar, no. In facebook battles? Yes, 4 lines = one bar MAX which is the allowed Measure of length we choose to judge it by.
So... it depends on how you measure it.
In music, bars are actually counted by single lines. Does that mean that traditionally now the 2 lines = one bar rule is wrong? Or is the 1 bar 1 line rule wrong? The simple answer is, neither are wrong. They are just measured differently.

Now in saying that, Is that a longer single bar than you're used to seeing? Yes, of course, But that is the maximum measure we choose to use on Facebook, and it works for us. 2 lines = one bar minimum, 4 lines = one bar max.
So.... Yes. It's long, but that's a bar, on facebook. Lol
