Idk whether it’s a perfect rhyme but whether or not it is has nothing to do with out/nom, because those syllables are not a part of the rhyme. Multis aren’t about matching words, it’s about matching syllables, which means you can exclude the opening syllable(s) of a word from the rhyme if need be without compromising the multi whatsoever, that’s what EtH did here.
