If anything, the new guys learn from the vets opinions, feedback, etc. Guys are going to talk shit regardless. You're asking everyone to be polite to each other if they dont battle, yet ignore the fact that those who don't battle anymore are legit HELPING the newer guys, giving them private feedback, and recruiting them.
There's legit nothing wrong with people using LB without battling. Because for 1, it brings activity. 2, it typically gets the old head out of bed if he's antagonized enough by the new guys.
The guys you're referring to battled more than once and voted more than twice within the past year. We gotta stop pushing OLD members out because someone thinks they're being "too mean" to a new member. This sounds very cliche but they're on a beef/rap battle site where insults are primary.
