No LB doesn't always have slow spots at all. Maybe like 2 or 3 times in 8-9 yrs.

With me bouncing in and out of activity since 06. I've came here numerous times and heard nothing but echos. If I hadnt experienced it, I wouldn't say it. I don't talk out of my ass for shit and giggles.
Watch in the new year and the next GC. Shit will change.....Just because you don't see heavyweights, don't mean it's super inactive.
My next question: what are you doing to help?
Side note to Staff- I would recommend getting rid of "incognito mode" and always displaying who's online. It will draw people in and maybe give some people hope.
