Sometimes If the flows bad, it’ll throw the entire verse off. Dope ass punches but no flow? Slightly incomparable. Like comparing text and audio battles. You need both to be considered a well rounded verse, but if I had to vote, I’m going with punches over flow. Jay z had one of the most shittiest flows I’ve ever heard back in the blueprint days but just the shit he was saying made it so damn fire.
