Cause they’re not GC’s... lol. They are also not supposed to be sign ups either. Every three months is qualifying for it respected STD tourney and those who are in the top rank’s are to be put into said tourney. It’s a completely different concept and is mainly to encourage people to battle and use the ‘normal’ battle arenas in order to be able to participate in, thus creating/having more normal battles happen/more overall site activity.
I do agree with two GC’s a year though, as one a year, in January, just isn’t good enough imo.
