I'm looking to run a mini text tournament in this next month of August. It will only have 16 participants and the purpose will be to determine rankings for an upcoming "All-Star League." The League will be similar to the LBA/LBT but each league member will have a star next to their name and the League Champion will have a plaque usertitle similar to the one I'm rocking now for test purposes.
There will only be 12 League members at a time and league rankings will be based on a scoring system. In order for someone to join the league, they would be given a default ranking and they must battle one of the League members and score enough to be placed in the top 12.
This 16 man tourney will help determine the first top 12. Only the bottom 4 performers of this tourney won't make it to the League. There are no prizes (except a spot in the League for the top 12) however, the finalist of this tournament will be considered the first League champion and will receive the plaque usertitle.
The championship will must be defended each month, and each League member will have a minimum amount of League battles they must write each month. More will be revealed later about the specific League rules and the scoring system, but for now, I'm just looking for sign-ups. First 16 gets in.
