The greatest crew that this site has ever seen was MadeFreshDaily. Led by Future Hall Of Famer, arguably considered the greatest textcee by many, Future Grand Champion and ultimately a live battler with many considerable wins under his belt @BEAST Lee (Illimit).
Some of the very first members included the following: @UNKNOWN ARTIST (Future Hall Of Famer, LetsBeef Patriarch, 3 Time GC & 2 Time One Bar Champion), @DaDDiO (Future Hall Of Famer & Grand Champion), @TalkSick (Future GC & Tag Team Champion), @FuckYuhLife (KILLaPhONIcS) (Great Textcee who's often overlooked by other "Golden Era" textcees who went on to win titles), Coree Warpath (In the same boat as FuckYuhLife but he's actually better then him imo), @Mr D (same^), @Counter Punch (Before there was @RULE there was Counter Punch and this guy brought some creative fucking punches), @Multiple Madness (The King Of Multiple Scheme Rhyming before Multiple Scheme Rhyming was a term), Elle (ElleJC / @Laurgon DeStroya) (One of the first women on LetsBeef who's pen game was creatively one of the sharpest and who's cypher game was on of the greatest I've ever had the pleasure of working with), @NawkOut (Chizzel)(Went on a 124 warpath winning streak with zero losses who's record still hasn't been beaten to this day, he also defeated a lot of GC's and future Hall Of Famers), @Cryptology (Same as Mr D), @Rican (A master at wordplay, great at punchlines and just overall an amazing textcee who never quite mad it to win a GC but has come extremely close, think Mayneak level), even the greatest Administrator and contributor this site has seen was in this legendary crew @Mindless , etc.

A very close second is Mah Fuckas Dope. Illimit (@BEAST Lee) changed the name of the crew when his real life group (Named Made Fresh Daily) started doing shows and he didn't want people to confuse the two.
The members of this reorganization included most of the earlier MFD'z members along with some new names: Askari (Soon to be Future Hall Of Famer, GC, Former LBT Champion & 2 Time Tag Team Champion), THE SHO (Huey Jazz, Hugh Jazzhole, SH1T L0RD, etc.)(Arguably the most underrated emcee this site has ever seen, his complex storytelling ability with his unique way of crafting humorous bars together would forever cement Huey's skill level into LetsBeef.com 's rich history, this place would be nowhere without this man's contributions), AKrid ArTz (Our very first Rookie Champion before @RULE made it official and won it himself), @Jason (Future Hall Of Famer, LetsBeef Patriarch, 2 Time Grand Champion and the 1st ever Topical Champion) and last but certainty not least @remarK who's quick wit and bars that would make you scratch your head with their complexity).

Unfortunately, this grouping wouldn't last and by late 2009 only Jason (Fresh from getting promoted to LetsBeef.com Moderator and promoted to crew leader by iLLy who stepped down after focusing on tracks, live shows, etc.) Huey and Coree Warpath remained.

Next on the list would have to go to HoodRich All Stars.

Once MFD'z changed their name a lot of people went their separate ways and that's when Hall Of Famer and the popular live battler himself @Real Talk went on to form a brand new crew. He then recruited only the best that the site had to offer, textcees such as: UNKNOWN ARTIST, Mayneak, pULSe (Godbody), Mikey DeNiro, DeNiro B Milk, NawkOut, Celsius, Rican, Mani Mula, Manny Festo / Fulcanelli and the original Keeper of Records himself, Student among others.
