The opinions on skilled versus are going to range from ignorant and doesn't care to ignorant and doesn't know to pretty educated for a netcee. Myself included. Not saying there aren't talented and knowledgable folks on here just enjoying a hobby—just saying they're a smaller percentage that is less likely to gaf.
