I have decided to run this quarterly in the LBT Format so a Title is there for the taking for the participants as well as interchangeable.

So since this is the first time that this is being done i am going with a knockout format

(imma be going only with 6 folks to start with that would be more than welcome too but not at the risk of stalling the tourney so please feel free to tag folks who may be interested)
