I do agree that last years tournament was an exception, because we literally included everyone from the last like 5+ years in the tournament (basically people who Joined since the last rookie tournament before that) so we actually filled the bracket with formidable battlers. Now that we’re caught up on rookie of the years, and this one is only for 2019 sign ups, I think taking the top 4 is a good idea based on the list.
