Are you installing it correctly? Torrents usually have different forms of installation file-to-file, this one requires the use of the key generator it comes with.
also to OP just torrent anything you want. Dunno if anyone will have direct downloads for you with no installers or what-not, but what specific programs are yall looking for? I dont use the pirate bay much cus I usually cant keep up with their weekly domain changes but I have some go to torrenting sites & am willing to post links
