It's almost time, folks. The 10th Text Tag Team Tournament will be taking place in the month of July. With that being said, the sign-ups will be officially open for this tournament as of TODAY. If you are interested in participating in this tournament, place your name down here and I will add you to the roster. I'm hoping to get AT LEAST 8 teams, but 16 teams the ideal number I'm looking for this kind of tournament. Reach out to people on LB that you know would be interested in this tournament and get them on board with this. I will be running this tournament. If you have any further questions about this tournament and what goes in to it, please feel free to ask me. Good luck to all who particpate!

FAQ:

"What's a tag team battle, Jimmy?"

A tag team battle is where you and another person partner up to do battle with another pairing of two people(i.e.This Battle Between Shodan and Edgeworth and Seul and Jimmy Hoffa (Perplexity)), and you write bars tailored to both opponents throughout your verse. Straying from that ideal will hurt your chances of winning, so keep that in mind when you're writing your bars.

"What do I have to do to sign up, Jimmy?"

Pretty simple: Both competitors have to have ONE battle to your name, and then express your interest in signing up here. Anyone with credits and the ability to write 8 lines worth of material can do that. I will not be making exceptions for accounts with 0 battles to their name.

"How many lines is it gonna be, Jimmy?"

For this tournament, I'll be posting the line length at 16 lines. That means both competitors will need to write at least 8 lines apiece before submitting.

Caveat: WORK TOGETHER. Ain't nothing dumber than looking at a tag team verse that looks like there was no creativity or thought put in to how you'd write it as a team. The better you work together and play off each other's bars, the better chances you have to win.

FYI: You need to decide between you and your teammate which account you wanna compete with in the tourney. (i.e. if JayDiamond and Bnas teamed up and wanted to use JayDiamond's account, they'd specify to do so in this thread).

Bold will symbolize who's account will be used in the tournament.

1. Seul/Edgeworth
2. Ginge/Lil Talent
3. o EaSTeS x/Kriid
