Yeah in most cases that seems to be the case. That's where the block option comes into play. Don't gotta take away pm'ing/dm'ing for votes as a whole although I am against it as well as it was an infraction back in the glory days, but that's how some ppl gain their shine. It's kind of unfair to the battlers that don't do that and have to sit and wait for their battles to close, but it's really on them because they have (well, had) that option
