I've always been against the FVC myself to be honest, but I think I have some ideas that could make it work. First of all, I don't believe they should be hand-picked by me or anyone else. They should be subject to a competitive process of elimination that would select the best voters sort of like the V.A.T tourney I was running. The current batch were hand-picked, and before that when they had to apply, all they had to do was submit a number of battles they have voted on---which I didn't like either. Another issue I have is that when they become FVC, some of them don't vote as often or respond to their FVC threads as often as we would like. I believe there should be a set amount of audio and text FVC members, and once that set amount is reached, periodically, the members who are deemed the lowest performers should be weeded out through a public process of elimination similar to the way they were selected in the first place that would allow new hopefuls to come in. When you have competition, you usually end up with the best.
