I know it's been days but I like having these arguments so I feel I gotta respond to this.

reEFer would (and did) beat Mayneak, and was 1–0 against him.
Illimit, Askari, Manhattan and Lockhart did all beat him, and are 1–0 against him.

Row is a tough one; reEFer kept coming back through the mid-to-late 2010s and not doing well, and I'd say Row would (and possibly did) beat him in this period. But if you take reEFer at his peak, when he was 2–2 with DaDDiO, 1–1 with UA and 2–0 against RULE, plus made 2 consecutive GC finals? No way Row beats him then.

On the topic of UA, I personally consider him the GOAT (basically the only guy from the 2000s/early 2010s whose bars still hold up to today's standards); plus he was able to dominate and win tournaments under a secret multi without name recognition; and he achieved more (according to the Greatest of Champions points system) in a time period with way fewer tourneys than anyone before or since was able to do besides Bleu and Lock. He's also 3–1 vs Mayneak (who I know you rank very highly) and overall 15–9 against Text Hall of Famers.

As for someone I feel gets left out of these discussions a lot, LEFT FIELD was astonishingly dominant if you look back at his record. Dude had a 19–2 record against HOFers, including 4–0 vs Illimit, 4–0 vs reEFer, 2–0 vs Askari, 1–0 vs Real Talk and UA and 4–2 against Meta4.
