Nah it was cinnabar island where u face blaine....if u swim on the edge of his gym in the water u will get to find it..but to activate the cheat u had to fly to viridian city and talk to the pokemon trainer that teaches u how to catch pokemon..then u had have to fly to cinnabar island and swim on the edge of blaines gym until u find missingno
