GC was the only title to win back in the day. And moving forward it being the main tournament every year users should be able to retain their GC titles ..

More than happy to free up names from account that have never been active.

Done it plenty of times in the past. Infact i'd support deleting them altogether.

Accounts that were used (especially alot) but or no longer active i think we should respect the history by keeping the names available.
