if I said Lil Wayne is better than Pac is cuz he was. and overall, Wayne's body of work shits on Pac. Pac wasn't even that nice. Best of the ERA maybe, but overall Jordan will always be better than LeBron just like Pac will always be better than Wayne. Saying Wayne is better than Pac is stupid, it's Quality over Quantity any day.
