Welcome to MAINSTAGE. MAINSTAGE is my weekly magazine that will feature the top battle of the week based off of a) rank of each participant, b) significance of battle such as a tournament or accepted callout, or c) the battle itself garnering more votes than average battles.

This week's featured battle is between long-time veteran Rican, and newly crowned Rookie Champion and Moderator, Edgeworth in their Round Three 1-Bar Tournament battle.

★ TALE OF THE TAPE ★

In Round Two, Edgeworth pulled off the upset of all upsets by eliminating Rieper, aka Lockhart, probably the best pound for pound battler on the current active roster. While Rieper was (and usually always is) the heavy favorite of the battle, Edgeworth pulled off a stunning 72% - 28% victory, claiming most of the votes submitted. There is no bad blood between these two though, as they both represent one of the site's on-the-rise crews "KillersForHire." which was a product of EtH's Crew Draft back in January. Rieper was one of the elite few who spearheaded the draft as a leader, drafting Edgeworth as his first round pick. Edgeworth, who was still on the rise, was selected 3rd overall behind Seul (#1 Pick) and Barzooka (#2 Pick).

Rican, fresh off of a Round Two victory against sWORDz looks to continue his dominant return by adding another tournament win to his name, and ultimately a chance at claiming another title. While sWORDz is a formidable opponent in the history of 1-Bar battles, Edgeworth will be his toughest opponent yet since his return. That shouldn't scare Rican though. After all, he has made his name legendary by facing and going toe-to-toe with (and also beating) all-time greats such as ILLoKwenT, Mayneak, reEFer, and RULE. He also isn't a stranger to winning titles. He has claimed Letsbeef's One Bar King title that has since been discontinued, as well as winning One-Bar Champion titles on global rap platforms such as RapBattles.com and Netcees.

★ THE MAINSTAGE IS SET ★

This will undoubtedly be Battle of the Round for Round Three of the 1-Bar Tournament, as well as MAINSTAGE's featured Battle of the Week. This will also be the first meeting between these two battlers, as well as the first clash between KillersForHire and The Cartel. Who do you think will win? The emcee at the height of his prime in Edgeworth? Or the returning legend on the hunt for his first title? Vote in the poll, and stay tuned for updates as they develop!

The winner of this battle will advance to face either Fair Voter's Club King, Alzie, or the promising up-and-comer, Rai. also, 30 Credits will be awarded to the winner, as well as 20 Credits awarded to the voter who gives the best breakdown/explained vote.
