Trying to get the crew popping, we have some skilled leaders who can teach the basics to those who are stuggling, or critique things from more skilled emcees. Mostly we're just a group that's looking to elevate and prove we can match up against the best.

Giving out member spots to those who want to elevate and improve, regardless of skil level as long as they have a good attitude and are ready to learn.

Capo spots to those with a reasonable amount of skill who can rep the crew well.

You'll have to get at me personally if you want a Leader spot, you better have some damn good qualifications and be approved by the other leaders.
