Completely agree with what Odin said. I’m sorry if my vote isn’t clear to you @Grave Digga and it’s unfortunate the way the votes ended up, but you did ask for my vote and I can only call it how I see it.

As an aside, I actually think staff VP should be lowered to 3, but that’s not my decision to make.
