Exclamation The LBA Championship Ranking Table - Initial Run

The LBA Championship Ranking Table

How To Become A Contender?

This is the conditions and system that will be used to maintain the quality and validity of the championship and its challengers.

The orginal top ten contenders list will be created by a public poll, in which any reasonably nominated battler will be added to. This will create the top ten contenders.

Once a top ten is established, there are multiple ways people can get onto the list:

1. If anyone on the contenders list is defeated in an audio battle of any kind, they lose their spot to whomever defeated them. Example - If RULE is ranked number 3, and loses an open audio battle to Mokane, Mokane then becomes the 3rd ranked contender, whilst RULE falls off the list.

2. Any contender inactive for more than 30 days will automatically fall of the list, with a new member being added in the number ten slot. (That member will be decided by the LBA Championship Moderator.)

3. Any contender banned for a site offence will be taken off the list, with a new member being added in the number ten slot. (That member will be decided by the LBA Championship Moderator.)

Who Gets A Title Shot?

The number one contender is the ONLY person granted the power to be involved in a title match. The number one contender is then given 20 days to send a championship battle, the stipulation of this battle (Line amount) to be chosen by the champion. If the chosen contender fails to met this deadline, or for any reason chooses to decline, then they will be moved to the bottom of the contenders list. A champion MAY chose to defend against a different numbered contender only ONE time, in which case they would lose the championship advantage (the challenger receives and chooses the time limit.) The champion may only do this once, and MUST battle the number one ranked contender if they defend successfully.

What Happens To A Defeated Champion?

A defeated champion will be placed at the number 3 ranking spot. this gives them a chance to rise up the contender ladder quicker. This means that the number two and number three ranked contenders will move up a spot each. This will nullify the possibilty of two battlers contesting over the title soley for long periods of time.

What If The Champion Goes Inactive?

If a champion fails to reply to a sent championship battle within 20 days, the champion then forfeits the title, and the number one and two ranked contenders will battle for the title. This battle will have no flipping, and blind drop stipulations added to it as there is no champion to have a champions advantage.

The former champion will be placed at number 3 on the ranking, with the orginal numbers 2 and 3 being entered into the title match.

What Stipulations Are The Championship Battle?

All LBA Championship matches MUST be between 1-2 Minutes in length, and MUST be written, not freestyles. The champion picks the time amount and the champion is granted the right (should he chose to) to flip. These are considered to be the champions advantage by merit of being the title holder.

What Happens To The Usertitle If I Lose The Belt?

The LBA Champion title will be placed on the champion, and removed from the former. The only additional titles that will be granted will be for the first ever LBA Champion: 1st LBA Champion, and anyone who has had at least three title reigns: 3x LBA Champion.

The next post will display the champion, and top ten contenders list. This can and will be updated by any moderator provided with a link or information showing the need for it to be changed as with accordance to the rules stated above.
