Exclamation Tournament Operations

First and fore mostly LetsBeef.com reserves all rights to modify, alter or delete any tournament at anytime... Users must follow the due dates and guidelines set forth in this thread when competing in a LetsBeef.com Tournament... Below I will be covering some key information you need to know if you are participating in a LetsBeef.com Tournament..

Disqualifications

In a battle if only one user submits... The no-show user will be disqualified... In most cases when this happens the no-show will be given a grace period of no more than 24 hours allocated by the tournament moderator... Once this 24 hour grace period has ended if the user still hasnt submitted.. The moderator will extend the decision to the user who has submitted.. He/She will have the opportunity to either give them another 24 hour grace period (For a total of no more than 48 hours of extension beyond the allocated due dates) OR they can decide not to give them anymore time and the battle will close with the submitter advancing to the next round..

If both parties are a no show.... Both users will be given a grace period of no more than 24 hours... If users still havent posted then the users that lost in the previous round will take their place and go head to head... LetsBeef.com reserves the right to sub-in any user at any time if they see fit...

Users who submit "Inaudible" verses will automatically be disqualified... This is a tournament you must ensure all your settings, equipment etc is hooked up properly and working..

More to come...
