Mods have a right to reopen closed battles for voting under certain circumstances. That's not to say there's no room for abuse, but that the fact the battle was reopened alone doesn't necessarily mean something shady has occurred. We'll have to look into the reasons why it was reopened and the manner in which the link was shared to determine if there was any wrongdoing.
