Exclamation my theory (a must read)

There seems to be this common misconception that LB has gone down the drain because the most viewed (hotlist) battles are subpar compared to how they've been in the past. I am here to correct that rumour. LB is just as dope as its always been even with vets leaving and new mcs stepping in. True the hotlist is not what it used to be. Its less about how entertaining a battle is and more about how popular an mc is. I have come across a shit load of fire battles that were slept on. Battles with 3 or 4 votes that should have easily been hotlisted. The problem is voters are more concerned with which battles are already on the hotlist to check the battle board or the thread advertisements. Mcs with the hottest battles are being pushed aside. Cats like @crackmoney, @unclephil, @o3l3m3nto, @Ghost, ect. These are just a few examples who I came across just voting myself. I also noticed that some of the most garabage battles on hotlist get rating like 9s and 10s, then on an actual dope battles mcs get 6s and 7s? So its not that the site is getting lame its that you need to step your voting game up and make sure the illest battles are on hotlist. These are the battles that visiters listen to when they stop by LB. These are the battles representing our online community. Don't you want to be seen as an elite group of spitters? Or just some motherfuckers who can rhyme one or two words? Think about it. Out.
