but that's exactly my point..it shouldn't be based on how many battles you rack up. I can drop 20 battles a month and break the Top 10 in no time
it should be about the quality of your battles. the quality of the opponents you battle
the other ranking system would still exist, but the tiers would supplement it so that everybody knows who's who as far as skill level goes
basically, someone that always drops quality shit shouldn't have to drop 300 battles when someone that drops bullshit drops 300 and breaks the Top 10. there should be other ways to climb the ranks, because in LB's current situation, the Top 10 are locked in..and the Top 10 rankings aren't reflective of the Top 10 most skilled cats on the site

Ill Phenom everybody starts at Bronze...nobody gets put into a tier. You all start at Bronze, it takes X wins in the bronze division to go up to Silver
if you beat a Bronze nigga and you're Silver, you'll get less points than beatin someone in your tier or higher
now if you're Silver and you beat a Gold tiered opponent, you win more points vs beating someone in your tier or lower
& no I'm not talkin about the points system that already exists. I'm talking about an entirely different points system/algorithm for the tiers.
if you lose to someone in a lower tier, you lose more points.
