Best track makers? If I remember right Skizzo actually made tight tracks, Phill Banks had some nice shit & FreezyCT had cool stuff too. Erupt youre nice on wax as well. M-Rock always made listenable tracks despite doing music with Bnas. Those are probably the main capable writers on the track side I'd mention, however I think punk gets to be the uncontested #1 track creator here if not just for consistency, activity & versatilities sake.
