Yeah thats why City of Hope was a good level. It wa back to Old hitman. You had numerous targets in a mini open world to decide how to take them out.

They should have made every level like that.

And the Christmas Party level from Blood money sniping the out door pool from underneath or taking out the drunk santa and stealing his costume was epic. every level was like that

Just shows how restrictive & poor absolution was. They tried to make a "man on the run" movie and the game suffered badly because of it.

Your on the run, you have no targets, you are the target.

Disguises dont work because people are on the look out for you.
