Just C Would Get His Mod Back Because Let's Face It, He's A Great Mod And He Has Done Nothing To Not Deserve Being One.
Felon Wouldn't Get Back His HOF Unless He Was Re-inducted Into The HOF (Which Would Be Unfair But If He Got His HOF Title Back After 6 Months The Contest Would Be Pointless.)
So The Wager Is Unfair, Just C Would Pretty Much Get A 6 Month Vacation And Felon Would Lose His Title And Probably Wouldn't Get Re-inducted Given His History / Feedback He's Gotten Lately With His Forum Antics.
